Presentation 3: Caring for Staff: A Traumatic Threat Case Study

The Registration Department of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants received an extremely violent threat to a general email box in the department naming a specific staff person. The presentation will discuss the threat and the immediate and ongoing steps taken to ensure the safety of the person named and all members of the department.
