- STEP 1: Start by filling out your personal details in the online application form. When asked to “select your registration” at the start of the application, please select “2. Practising registrant registered elsewhere in Canada”. Confirmation request forms will automatically be sent to your home jurisdiction(s). Please remember to note the application number provided to you and the password that you chose
- STEP 2: Scan/photograph your photo ID and make a redacted copy to be uploaded with your application. If not done at the time of application it can be emailed to applications@pgo.ca with the heading “Photo ID submission”. Please click here for the redacted ID guidelines.
The applicant has a duty to monitor the provided email account, including a junk mail folder, for communication from PGO.
