This section of our website provides information on the change of designation from one registration type to another. It applies to you if you are currently a Geoscientist-in-Training (GIT) who is close to, or has, reached 48 months of geoscience work experience and is ready to become a full practising registrant (P.Geo.).
 
You can also use this application type if you are currently a Practising registrant (P.Geo.) with PGO but wish to become a non-practising registrant. This is for those registrants who are no longer practising in Ontario but wish to maintain their registration in the event that they might return to practise.
