ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Antonina D'Urzo, Coordonator, Professional Access into Employment (PAIE) Program

Antonina is a Coordinator of the Professional Access into Employment (PAIE) Program – an Ontario Bridge Training Program for newcomer environmental professionals led by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA).  She has experience in employment coaching / counselling, project coordination, job development, facilitation, and mentoring. Her focus has been advocating and working with diverse clientele groups such as internationally trained professionals and newcomers in their employment and educational pathways in settings such as schools (secondary and post-secondary education systems) and social services agencies.  Antonina holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree along with a Career and Work Counsellor Diploma.
