ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Craig Waldie, P.Geo., FGC, Senior Geologist, Ontario Securities Commission 

Craig is a Senior Geologist at the Ontario Securities Commission specializing in NI 43-101 compliance reviews of prospectuses, technical reports, and other regulatory filings by mining companies. Prior to joining the OSC in 2006, Craig spent over 20 years in the mineral exploration and mining industry working domestically and internationally for multinational senior mining companies, including BHP and Phelps Dodge, and as VP Exploration for several junior mining companies. Craig is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario with a B.Sc. in Earth Science from the University of Waterloo and an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University.
